Lee County Grand Jury Indicts 10

On February 25, 2011, ten people were indicted by the Lee County Grand Jury.

Brenda Gail Barakat, 19 of La Grange, was indicted for theft of property $ 1500-$ 20,000, aggregation of amounts involved in theft-engaging in the organized criminal activity.

Elizabeth Joann Barakat, 21 of La Grange, was indicted for theft of property $1500-$20,000, aggregation of amounts involved in theft-engaging in organized criminal activity.

Misteri Marie Benford, 19 of La Grange, was indicted for theft of property $ 1500-$ 20,000, aggregation of amounts involved in theft-engaging in organized criminal activity.

Robert James Deiter, 49 of Lexington, was indicted for driving while intoxicatedsubsequent.

Travis Earl Houston, 25 of Schulenberg, was indicted for theft of property $1500-$20,000, aggregation of amounts involved in theft-engaging in the organized criminal activity.

Yne Charlezett Jackson, 29 of Giddings, was indicated on two counts. The first was for fraudulent use or possession of identifying information, less than five and the second was for credit card or debit card abuse, count one and count two.

Demarkkus Rahasaad Johnson, 18 of La Grange, was indicted for theft of property $1500-$20,000, aggregation of amounts involved in theftengaging in organized criminal activity.

Andrew Orvil Simon, 51 of Giddings, was indicted for assault/ family/household member with previous conviction.

Lawanda Marie Toliver, 33 of College Station, was indicted for theft less than $1500 with two prior theft convictions.

Kendale Lane Wiley, 26 of Giddings, was indicted on forgery for passing (1), forgery for passing ( 2), and fraudulent use or possession of identifying information, less than ten.
