The young Eagles jumped out on top with #24 Cameron Janda drawing a foul right after tip off and making one and shortly there after #22 Derek Dane with a nice 2-pointer off a rebound. Academy reved up their motor and took off scoring 11 points in the first period to Lexington’s 6. In the second period Academy’s domination continued scoring 13 more points while holding Lexington to a single 2- point basket made by Jacob. Throughout the second period Academy would read the pass and steal Lexington’s ball time after time.

The third period had the Bees pile on 12 and in answer Lexington could only muster 4, 2 each from #30 Marcus Cassassa and 2 more from Strain.

The final period for Lexington had 4 more points, 2 from Janda and a nice 2 pointer from #32 Nate Holcomb. The game ended with Lexington on the bottom of a 43-16 score.
