FBC Youth- “Flipped” for Jesus!
There was a great turn out for the Texas A&M Ministry Team led by Thorndale’s own, Cody Schneider, this past Wednesday night! This team led many of our area youth groups in song, message, and small group time. A very special thanks to Jake Jacobs for organizing the event! FBXC’s youth group is called “Flipped”, a name that came about a couple of years ago from a Student Life summer camp many of our kids attended! Meaning simply that when someone begins a relationship with Christ, Jesus comes in and changes our minds and hearts! He turns our life upside-down! Jesus teaches us to live in a way that is completely different and opposite of what the world says-He “FLIPS” us! If you are 6-12 grade please come join us on a Wednesday night, 6:30-8:30pm, for a hot meal and a time to look into God’s Word! Any questions please feel free to call anytime- Tami Holcomb, 979-773-2633 or 070-542-7985.
