Fourteen Indicted by Grand Jury

Fourteen people were indicted by the Lee County Grand Jury last Friday, January 14.

Raven J. Ackley, 17 of Texas Youth Commission, was indicted for Assault Public Servant-count one and count two and harassment of public servant.

Steven Michael Baker, 44 of Houston, was indicted for two counts of forgery by passingengaging in organized criminal activity and fraudulent use or possession of identifying information- engaging in organized criminal activity.

Avahn Deprea Crumb, 19 of Lexington was indicted for sexual assault.

John Douglas Denham, 49 of Lexington was indicted for murder.

Jacob A. Garza, 18 of Texas Youth Commission, was indicted for prohibited substance or item in correctional facility.

Tomas Alejandro Hernandez, 31 of Giddings was indicted for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

Mark Wade John, 28 of Lexington was indicted for tampering with or fabricating physical evidence.

Johnny Ondrea Kelly, 31 of Giddings was indicted for assault family/household member/with previous conviction-repeat felony offender.

Joe Stanton Kieschnick, 29 of Giddings was indicted for driving while intoxicated-subsequent.

Brandon Jerome Patterson, 20 of Burton was indicted for sexual assault.

Kevin Linn Rahe, 19 of Pearland was indicted for forgery by passing-engaging in organized criminal activity and for fraudulent use or possession of identifying information- engaging in organized criminal activity.

Pedro “Pete” Ruiz, 28 of Austin was indicted for evading arrest or detention with vehicle.

Leslie James Stewart, 48 of Giddings was indicted for assault family/household member/impede breath/circulation.

Jeramie Sherman Wyatt Vanover, 32 of Bastrop was indicted for credit card or debit card abuse.
