Fourteen People Indicted
Fourteen people were indicted by the Lee County Grand Jury on Monday, December 6. Travis Scott Bone, 21 of College Station, was indicted for aggravated perjury and fraudulent use or possession of identifying information.
William Franklin Brown, 48 of Giddings, also had two indictments for burglary of a building (1) and (2). Byron Danielle Davis aka Byron Daniel Davis, 27 of Giddings, was indicted for harassment of public servant and theft of property less than $1500 repeat/habitual felony offender. Clyde Allen Eilers, 56 of Coupland, was indicted for driving while intoxicated-subsequent.
Eugenia Kay Hargrove, 44 of Lexington, was indicted for driving while intoxicated with child passenger. Shadrach Lee Haywood, Jr., 27 of Giddings, was indicted for prohibited substance or item in correction facility-repeat felony offender. Jason Eugene Huff, 28 of Lincoln, was indicted on three different counts; tampering with or fabricating physical evidence, aggravated robbery-engaging in organized criminal activity, and unauthorized use of motor vehicle-engaging in organized criminal activity.
Raymond Alan Kruger, 49 of Lincoln, had two indictments. They were for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and violation of protective orderstalking. Lovetta Lamar Titus Little-Parker, 30 of Giddings, was indicted for aggravated assault date/family/ household/with weapon. Adrian Jamaal Outlaw, 25 of Giddings, was indicted for retaliation. Kensen James Richard, 23 of Giddings, had three indictments. The first was for possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance-cocaine, 4- 200 grams; the second for possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance-3, 4- methlenedioxy methamphetamine, 4-400 grams; and the third for possession of marijuana, 4 oz-5 lbs.
Michael Lynn Roberts, 29 of Ledbetter, was indicted for aggravated robbery-engaging in organized criminal activity. Phillip Marshall Shaffer, 26 of Giddings, had three indictments. The first was for aggravated robberyengaging in organized criminal activity-habitual felony offender; the second for tampering with or fabricating physical evidencehabitual felony offender and the third was for unauthorized use of motor vehicle-engaging in organized criminal activityhabitual felony offender. Marilyn Diane Wagoner, 38 of Giddings, was indicted for forgery by passing.
