District Court Sentencing

Two people were sentenced in the 21st Judicial District Court of Lee County on November 16, 2010. The Honorable Terry Flenniken presided.

Amy Marie Wagner, 21 of Giddings was sentenced for forgery by passing and revocation of her original sentence. She was ordered to spend 18 months confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice State Jail Facility and pay all costs previously assessed plus $400 court appointed attorney fee on revocation matters and $716.81 restitution. This sentence is to run concurrent with a Fayette County sentence.

Kenny Ray Brumley, 40 of Brenham, was given two sentences. The first was for theft less than $500 with 2 prior theft convictions for which he received revocation of original sentence and one year confinement in the TDCJ State Jail Facility. He was ordered to pay all costs previously assessed plus $400 court appointed attorney fee on revocation matters. This sentence is to run concurrent with Lee County, Case Number 7139. The second sentence was for unauthorized use of motor vehicle. He received revocation of original sentence; one year confinement in the TDCJ and he was ordered to pay all costs previously assessed plus $400 court appointed attorney fee on revocation matters. This sentence is to run concurrent with Lee County, Case Number 7128.
