Knobbs Springs Baptist Church

On November 13 at 3:30 p.m. Knobbs Springs Baptist Church will unveil and dedicate the Texas State Historical Marker recognizing its 150 years of serving the community.

The church’s annual Harvest Stew celebration will follow the unveiling of the historical marker. There will be music from 4:00 – 5:00. The stew will be served at five o’clock. It is cooked by the men of the church in an iron wash pot over an open fire

After the stew there will be activities to be enjoyed by all ages. There will be a 42 tournament and board games for the adults as well visiting with friends and neighbors. There will be free carnival games for the children and hay rides for all ages. At 9:00 there will be a drawing for nice door prizes (must be present to win).

The church is located at 1662 County Road 305 which is two miles from the intersection of FM 696 and County Road 305. You are invited to come join us for the celebration.
