Four Sentenced in 21st Judicial District Court
Four people were sentenced in the 21st Judicial District Court of Lee County, Texas, on October 19, 2010, with the Honorable Terry Flenniken presiding. Roberto Reyna Rodriguez, 45 of Giddings, had two dispositions. The first was for evading arrest or detention with vehicle, for which he received 365 days confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice State Jail Facility. His fines were $304 Court Costs, $400 Court Appointed Attorney Fee, $50 Bluebonnet Area Crime Stopper Fee, and $34 DNA Testing Fee. The second disposition was for driving while intoxicated-subsequent for which he received eight years confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, probated eight years. For this offense he was ordered to pay fees including $304 court costs, $400 appointed attorney fee; $50 Bluebonnet Area Crime Stopper Fee, $34 DNA Testing, $100 EMS Trauma, and $50 drug court. He also received one year driver’s license suspension and 30 days confinement in the Lee County Law Enforcement Center as a condition of probation.
Raul Hernandez Tello, 43 of Giddings, was sentenced for assault family/household member causing bodily injury. He received 180 days confinement in the Lee County Law Enforcement Center. Tello will pay $304 in court costs, $400 court appointed attorney fee, $50 Bluebonnet Area Crime Stopper Fee, $34 DNA testing fee and $282.65 for restitution.
Bruce Martin Allen II, 40 of Campti, Louisiana was sentenced for deadly conduct. He received a $2500 fine, $304 court costs, and forfeiture of one (1) Smith and Wesson .22 caliber pistol.
Marilyn Diane Wagoner, 38 of Giddings, was sentenced for forgery by passing. She received three years probation and had to pay $304 court costs, $400 court appointed attorney fee, $50 Bluebonnet Area Crime Stopper Fee, $34 DNA Testing fee, $400 restitution, 100 hours community service restitution, and enter a Drug Evaluation Program.
