JV Stopped by Franklin

The Eagle JV took a 36-0 whuppin from Franklin Thursday night. Lexington had neglible running yardage and only 88 yards passing. The tight, conservative offense run by Franklin was just too much for the local JV. Eriq Mitchell had 88 yards passing on a 5 of 11 performance with one interception. Zach Lay caught two passes for 28 yards. Jacob Snyder snagged three passes for 60 yards.

Defensively Kevin Page, Snyder, Mitchell, Lay, and Christian Green had four tackles each. Noble Little and Corey Strain had three stops for the Eagles. Making two tackles each were: Cameron Janda, Colt Sunvison, and Stevie Burleson. Stephen Rasco, Michael Yontz, Marcus Cassasa, and Nate Holcomb had one tackle each. Lay also recovered a fumble for the Eagles.
