Pep Rally


During last Thursday’s Pep Rally, Coach Jason Holcomb is seen presenting Chace Sherrill (left) and Brandon Meyer with Top Five Texas High School Defensive Players of the Week awards, issued by Right Guard, Southwest Airlines and WalMart. Chace received his for the Strong Safety position and Brandon for Linebacker. Each player received a $500 donation for their school from the sponsors. Also during the Pep Rally, Lexington High School Principal, Rebecca French, was “honored” with the “Kiss a Pig” award, which the students organized by selling votes and donating the funds they raised for Breast Cancer Research and Awareness.
