Dispositions in the 21st Judicial District Court of Lee County

On September 26, 2010, four people were sentenced in the 21st Judicial District Court of Lee County with the Honorable Terry Flenniken presiding.

Joel Cooper, Jr., 39, of Lincoln, Texas was sentenced to 4 years confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice for evading arrest or detention with vehicle with one prior convictionrepeat felony offender. His court costs were $1538, which includes court appointed attorney fee, Bluebonnet Area Crime and Stopper Fee and DNA collection fee, and he was ordered to enter an Anger Management Program.

Luke Myers, 31, Houston, Texas was sentenced on two counts. The first count was for aggravated robbery with one Prior Felony Conviction and the second was Evading Arrest or Detention with Vehicle with one prior conviction-repeat felony offender. On the first conviction, he was sentenced to 50 years confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice and the second was for 20 years. The costs were $788 for court costs, court appointed attorney fee, Bluebonnet Area Crime and Stopper Fee and DNA collection fee.

Jacqueline Nicole Blue, 36, Austin, Texas, was sentenced to three years confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice probated three years for fraud. Charges totaled $1438, which included court costs, appointed attorney fee, Bluebonnet Area Crime Stopper Fee, drug court fee and a DNA collection fee.

Erica Ann Garza, 21, College Station, Texas, was sentenced to four years probation with 100 hours community service restitution for credit card or debit card abuse. Total fee charges were $1964.28, which includes court costs, appointed attorney fee, Bluebonnet Area Crime Stopper fee, collection fee, and restitution.
