Sept 13th, 2010, at 3:45 p.m., the Lexington Police Department received a call to respond to the Dollar General in reference a shop lifter. Shop lifter was issued a criminal trespassing warning and a citation for theft.

Sept 13th, 2010, at 5:15 p.m., the Lexington Police Department dispatched to the Lexington 500 block of 5th Street to investigate a suspicious activity. The male was having difficulty breathing and was transported to St. Marks in Austin for evaluation.

September 15, 2010

Sept 15th, 2010 at 8:00 a.m., Chief Davenport received a call from a complainant who reported a small motorcycle had been stolen from their residence on Caldwell Street. Later that day the motorcycle was recovered.

September 16, 2010

Sept 16th, 2010 at 7:00 p.m., The Lexington Police Department discovered an open car door. Officer contacted the owner and secured the door.

September 17, 2010

Sept 17th, 2010 at 10:00 p.m., the Lexington Police Department was dispatched to the 500 block of 7th Street in reference to two males smoking marijuana. The Lexington Police Department arrested two males. One juvenile was released to the parent and one male was transported to the Lee County Jail and booked in for possession of marijuana.

September 18, 2010

Sept 18th, 2010 at 10:30 p.m., the Lexington Police Department officer on duty observed a speeding vehicle in the area of Cherry Drive. The officer attempted to catch the speeding vehicle and did so at a residence on Mc Dade Street. The driver exited the vehicle and attempted to run into the residence with the on duty officer giving chase. The officer caught the driver; who was attempting to dispose of a usable amount of marijuana by flushing the evidence down the toilet. The driver was arrested for evading arrest, possession of marijuana and destruction of evidence.

Sept 18th, 2010 at 12:45 a.m., The Lexington Police Department received a loud music disturbance in the area of Gary Street. The on duty officer arrived and found no violation.
