Ten Indicted by Grand Jury

A total of ten people were indicted by the Lee County Grand Jury on Wednesday, September 15, 2010. Six are from Giddings; three from Lexington, and one from Lincoln.

Ygnacio Hernandez Gaitan (a.k.a. Ignacio Hernandez Gaitan), 54 years old from Giddings, was indicted for Driving While Intoxicated – Subsequent, as was Michael Longoria, 26 from Giddings.

Brandon Herbert, 17 from Giddings, was indicted for having a prohibited substance and item in a correctional facility.

Adrian Jamal Outlaw, 25 from Giddings, was indicted for Possession of a Controlled Substance – Cocaine, Less than One Gram.

Also from Giddings, Ruben Rocha, 44, was indicted for Burglary of a Building and Raul Hernandez Tello, 43, was indicted for Assault Family/Household Member with Previous Conviction.

Ernest “Ernie” Gonzales, 22 from Lexington, was indicted for Possession of Marijuana, 4 oz. to 5 lbs.

Jacqueline Jnae Huff-Lewis, 27 from Lexington, was indicted for Evading Arrest or Detention with a Vehicle and Holly Elizabeth Jacob, 20 from Lexington, was indicted for Possession of Marijuana, 4 oz. to 5 lbs.

Joel Cooper, Jr., 49 years old from Lincoln, was indicted for Assault- Intentional/Reckless Impede Breath/Circulation – Family Member with Previous Conviction.
