Monday morning at 7:00 a.m. officially started volleyball for the 2010 season. The Lady Eagles hit the court running, jumping, digging, and spiking the volleyball as they prepare for the upcoming season. Gone are three starters from last season: Jessica Parish, Jodie Armstrong, and Ashton Johnston. The other seven players from the varsity team return to form a strong, experienced nucleus for the 2010 season. Angel Parks, Karley Wren, Emilie Bell, Johna Alford, Marley Ross, Megan Scantlin, and Haley Jatzlau compose the returnees.

The young ladies played in a league this summer and competed at a very competitive level. They should be very competitive in district 27-AA. A playoff spot and finishing in the top three, will be a team goal for the season.
