BeBe’s House in Lexington recently had an in-house fashion show. The children spent a morning going through the supply of dress-up items and costumes, each getting to decide the “outfit” they wanted to model. They did a remarkable job choosing the accessories and outfits.

A runway was constructed of wide tables ending with a large circular table where the models pivoted, allowing their audience to see all sides of their outfits.

Beverly Wood, “Miss BeBe”, narrated the event, identifying the important details and unique design of each presentation.

Here are a few pictures of the models as they provided a pose for the photographer. PHOTOS BY GENA CONNOR

If Shelby Ray looked any more sophisticated, it would be incredible. Her two-piece ensemble of white linen is perfectly accented with a smoky blue lacey shawl tied at the waist, mid-length white satin gloves, and a single strand of matching glass beads. She finishes the outfit with a smart ivory flapper hat and a dainty knitted purse. If Shelby Ray looked any more sophisticated, it would be incredible.
