Blinn to Hold Summer Info Session
Persons interested in working in legal-related fields can obtain information at an information session on July 21 about Blinn College’s Legal Assistant program. The information session will be held at 6 p.m. in room E-237 on the Bryan campus on Villa Maria Road near E. 29th Street. Prospective students will learn about the program from Blinn faculty that includes local lawyers and judges. There also will be assistance for filling out admissions forms.
The program offers many classes for day students. It also provides evening classes for students who work full-time. The certificate and associate degree curriculum includes family law, litigation, personal injury, trusts, probate, criminal law, and legal research along with other legal areas necessary for work in a law firm, government agency, courtroom or other legal setting.
