Three Sentenced in District Court
Three people were sentenced in District Court last week, with the Honorable Terry Flenniken presiding.
Carlos Muniz, Jr., 25 of Manor, was sentenced for Possession of Marijuana, 4 oz-5 lbs. His original sentence was revoked and he was ordered to spend 365 days confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice State Jail Facility; all costs previously assessed.
Todd Shane Woodle, 32 of Port O’Connor, was sentenced for Driving While Intoxicated- Subsequent. He was sentenced to 10 years confinement in the TDCJ facility, probated 10 years. He was ordered to pay a $2,500 Fine; $100 EMS Trauma Fund; $60 Drug Court Fee; $50 Bluebonnet Area Crime Stopper Fee; $304 Court Costs; $400 Court Appointed Attorney Fee; and $34 DNA Testing fee. His driver’s license was suspended for one year and he was ordered to spend 40 days confinement in the Lee County Law Enforcement Center as a condition of probation; enter Victim Impact Panel and Alcohol Assessment Programs and have an Ignition Interlock System installed in his vehicle.
Dale Ray Lerche, 29 of Lexington, was sentenced for Driving While Intoxicated- Subsequent. His sentence was years confinement in the TDJC, probated five years. He was ordered to pay $304 Court Costs; $50 Bluebonnet Area Crime Stopper Fee; $60 Drug Court Fee; $34 DNA Testing Fee; and $100 EMS Trauma Fund. He was given 200 hours community service restitution and will have an Ignition Interlock System installed in his vehicle. He will enter and successfully complete Substance Abuse Felony Punishment Facility Treatment Program.
