Alzheimer’s Association Hosting Event to discuss disease & dementia

The Alzheimer’s Association – Capital of Texas Chapter is hosting

Lunch N’ Learn on behaviors that can be associated with Alzheimer’s disease and related dementia and good communication techniques for residents of Robertson and Milam County.

The goal of this program is to provide participants with information about dementia and Alzheimer’s disease. Topics covered include verbal and nonverbal communication techniques, and common behaviors including agitation, wandering, hallucinations, and paranoia. This program is free of charge and participants will be provided lunch. Interested persons need to register for this event by calling
