Call meeting to order, Welcome guest, Citizen input.

Approve the minutes of the following meetings – May 12th, 14th, 19th & 20th, 2010.

Discuss and possible action to approve paying bills for the month of May 2010.

Discuss and possible action to put property up for sale between Lexington Auto and the Woodson Building through a real estate broker.

Discuss and possible action on installing water/sewer and opening up right-of-way for a street on property to be purchased by Scott Sherrill.

Discuss and possible action to approve temporary replacement and compensation for temporary replacement if municipal judge is unable to act.

Discuss and possible action to approve a Resolution authorizing the City of Lexington to grant permits or permission for real property and improvements located outside of the city limits of the City of Lexington, Texas, to use water meters that existed outside the City’s limits on or before April 9, 2008, to connect to the City’s water utilities.
