The Lexington City Council will meet in Regular Session on Wednesday, May 12th, 2010, at 6:00 p.m., at the Woodson Community Center. The agenda will be as follows: Call meeting to order, Welcome guests, Citizen input, Approve the minutes of the following meetings – April 14th & 28th, 2010, Discuss and possible action to approve paying bills for the month of April 2010.

Discuss and possible action to sell 1938 model city maintainer.

Discuss and possible action to approve changes on contract with Blue Water/Cross County made by Blue Water/Cross Country Attorney.

Discuss and possible action to use existing water tap. – Tommy Hart
