Grand Jury Indictments

On May 4, 2010, the Lee County Grand Jury handed down multiple indictments. Indicted were: Casey Lynn Anderson, 18, Somerville, indicted for Forgery by Passing;

Ronnie Lee Coleman, 29, Cleveland, three counts of Burglary of a Building-Theft- Habitual; Jarrett Bradley Dozier, 31, Pearland, for Evading Arrest or Detention With Vehicle;

Rachelle Alene Estep, 30, Somerville, for Driving While Intoxicated With Child Passenger,

Duane Carniel Goff, 51, Houston, for Driving While Intoxicated With Child Passenger; and Gregory Waltene Jackson, 62, Lexington, for Driving While Intoxicated- Subsequent.

Other indictments included

Jason Charles James, 29, Giddings, with three counts for Possession of a Controlled Substance-3, 4-Methylenedioxy Methamphetamine, 1-4 Grams, Repeat Felony Offender, Possession of a Controlled Substance-Phencyclidine, 1-4 Grams, Repeat Felony Offender, and for Possession of a Controlled Substance-Codeine, 28-200 Grams, Repeat Felony Offender. Luke Myers, 30, Houston, was indicted on one count of Aggravated Robbery-With One (1) Prior Felony Conviction and one count of Evading Arrest Or Detention With Vehicle-With One (1) Prior Conviction-Repeat Felony Offender.

Victor Ramirez, 50, Austin, also had multiple indictments against him, including one count of Fraudulent Use or Possession of Identifying Information of Elderly Individual and two counts of Credit Card or Debit Card Abuse.

Brian Keith Taylor, 21, Dime Box was indicted on Possession of a Controlled Substance- Phencyclidine, 1-4 Grams.

Montrell Jarrard Washington was indicted for Aggravated Assault-Serious Bodily Injury.

Jason Demond Willrich, 31, Austin, was indicted on three counts: one count of Possession of a Controlled Substance-3, 4- Methylenedioxy Methamphetamine, 1-4 Grams, Repeat Felony Offender; one count of Possession of a Controlled Substance- Phencyclidine, 1-4 Grams, Repeat Felony Offender; and, one count of Possession of a Controlled Substance-Codeine, 38-200 Grams, Repeat Felony Offender.
