Lexington had a great turn out for Homecoming. Our Chief of Police, Randy Davenport, told me that for as large a crowd as we had, it was really nice that his department had to deal with no incidents. That in itself speaks well of this wonderful community in which we live.

With Homecoming over, the end of school events are fast approaching. Before we know it, it’ll be summer and the kids will be seen on the streets and at the park. Be safe. We want you here with us.
