Grad Bash 2013 Working to Leave a Heritage

The parents of the LHS Graduating Class of 2013 have been searching for ways to leave a heritage for their children and they have come up with a unique way to do just that. They are sponsoring a brick campaign to raise funds for Grad Bash 2013, which will leave a mark for generations to come.

For as little as $25, families or individuals can purchase a brick that will be engraved and then will be set in a place of honor at the APK Gym and Eagle Stadium area. Participants are encouraged to engrave their name, their child or grandchild’s name, the year they graduated, the name of a friend or as a memorial to a loved one, or any number of ways to leave a mark for the future.

The deadline to order your engraved brick is fast approaching. May 10 is the last day to get your order in to be included. Brick sizes are 4” by 8” (starting at $25), 8” by 8” (starting at $50) and 12” by 12” (starting at $100). Orders can be placed on line using a credit card at www.cutinstone.biz. Click on the Lexington High School link at the bottom of the Cut In Stone webpage and follow the instructions. See their ad on page B4 of today’s paper.
