District Court Hands Down Sentences
The 21st Judicial District County of Lee County was held on Tuesday, April 20, 2010, with the Honorable Reva Towslee-Corbett presiding.
Steven Paul Wilson, 48 years old, from Austin, Texas had his original sentence revoked and given 45 years confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice with all costs previously assessed for Aggravated Assault Against a Public Servant with a Deadly Weapon- Bodily Injury. He was also sentenced for Driving While Intoxicated- Subsequent. In that charge, he faced revocation of his original sentence and ordered to spend 5 years confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice with all costs previously assessed.
Tenola Glenn Lang, 45 years old, of Giddings, Texas was sentenced to two years confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, probated for two (2) years for Burglary of a Habitation-Theft. She was told to pay a $500 Fine; $304 in Court Costs; $400 in a Court Appointed Attorney Fee; $50 to Bluebonnet Area Crime Stoppers; a $34 DNA Testing Fee and $18 Restitution.
