District 25AA Championship

Lexington hosted the 25-AA track and field championships last Monday and Wednesday. All varsity first, second, and third place finishers qualified for the Regional Championships to be held at Judson High School on Monday May 3rd and Tuesday May 4th.

Clint Hutson led all athletes in District 25-AA by scoring 34 points. The points came on first place finishes in the 110 meter hurdles, the long jump, a second in the 300 meter hurdles, a fifth in the triple jump, and running a leg on the second place 4x100 relay team.

Courtney Jackson paced the Lady Eagles with 16 points with a first in the discus and third in the shot put.
