Vicki Lee Clifton Zoch was born on December 29, 1950 in Spur, Texas to Randolph & Ruby Lee (Barclay) Clifton. She was united in marriage to Erwin James Zoch. Vicki worked as a Registered Nurse and Case Manager. As a devoted Christian and active member of Trinity Lutheran Church, she had a longtime passion for singing God’s praises in her church choir. She was also a member of the Baton Rouge Symphony Chorus.
Vicki passed away on Wednesday, April 14, 2010 at her home in Baton Rouge.
Funeral services in Baton Rouge were held on Saturday, April 17, 2010 at Trinity Lutheran Church in Baton Rouge with Rev. Ben Bahr officiating.
Local funeral services were on Monday, April 19, 2010 at St. Michael’s Lutheran Church in Winchester, Texas with Rev. James Herzog officiating. Burial was in the church cemetery.
She is survived by her husband, Erwin J. Zoch of Baton Rouge; their three children, Kristina & husband, Matthew Guy, Nola & husband, James Zerwas and Philip & wife, Terry Zoch; three grandchildren, Isabelle Zoch, Melanie Zoch and Thompson Guy; her parents, Randolph & Evelyn Clifton of Spur, Texas; sister, Brenda Hamn; her brother, Kevin Ray; her sister-in-law, Emily Clifton; her father-in-law, Erwin T. Zoch of Winchester; in-laws, Boykie & Sherry Murphy of Winchester, Daryl & Patricia Schulze of Serbin and Rodney & Susan Zoch of Giddings as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
