Three People Sentenced in District Court
On April 6, 2010, Judge Terry Flenniken sentenced three individuals in the 21st Judicial District Court of Lee County.
Keith Andre Reed, 26, of Killeen was sentenced to 10 years confinement in the TDCJ for Possession With Intent to Deliver a Controlled Substance-Cocaine, 1-4 grams. He was fined $2,500 and assessed $848 in court costs and fees, $140 Restitution, and must perform 200 hours of community service restitution.
James Allen Dillard, Jr., 27, of Austin was given 10 years probation for Possession with Intent to Deliver a Controlled Substance-Cocaine, 4- 200 grams. He was fined $2,500.00 and assessed $848 in costs and fees, $140 Restitution and must perform 250 hours of community service restitution. He was ordered to serve 30 days confinement in the Lee County Law Enforcement Center as a condition of probation.
Zachary Philip Mott, 24, of Giddings was given 4 years probation and fined $1,500 for Possession of a Controlled Substance-Cocaine, Less than 1 Gram. He was assessed $304 in court costs, $110 in fees and must serve 250 hours community service restitution.
