Reagan Janda, a former Lexington Eagle is doing great at Frank Phillips College in Borger. Janda is leading the team in RBIs with 29, home runs with six, and batting average with a .420 mark. He has eight doubles and a triple to go with the six round trippers.

He has been a starting infielder, mainly third base, for the Plainsmen since graduating from LHS. This season he has been joined on the roster by ex-Eagles Jenner Jones and B.J.Brister. The latter two have yet to get into a game, but the Plainsmen are counting on them for next season.

Janda’s mom, Rhonda, has been in contact with several colleges interested in Reagan for next season. The four year schools can not legally contact Reagan until the season is complete is the reason for Mrs. Janda to be the contact person. It is nice to know that former Eagles can leave high school and make their mark at the next level.
