LCTS 4-H Fall Playday Series Results

Participating in this year’s LCTS 4-H Fall Playday were this group of youngsters, ages 9 to 11. For more pictures from the event, look throughout today’s paper. Participating in this year’s LCTS 4-H Fall Playday were this group of youngsters, ages 9 to 11. For more pictures from the event, look throughout today’s paper. The LCTS 4-H completed their fall playday series in January and presented awards to qualified riders on February 28 at the Lexington Park. There were 65 riders that qualified for the series and had the choice of receiving a buckle or Carhart jacket. Here are the results.

Leadline Class: 11 riders qualified and the top riders were MacKenzie Foley (1st), MaKenzie Schnedier (2nd), Elijah Gonzales (3rd), Alice Fails (4th), Rykker Willenberg (5th) and Tristan Griffith (6th).

8 & Under Class: 13 riders qualified and the top riders were Malachi Gonzales (1st), Emily Furry (1st), Carsyn Sunvison (2nd), Jodie Taylor (4th), Cassie Furry (5th), and Kacie Johnson (6th).

9-12 Class: 15 riders qualified and the top riders were Lindsey Knobloch (1st), Jordyn Wilhite (2nd), Megan Rother (3rd), Amber Turnipseed (4th), Sara McManus (5th), and Jacy Taylor (6th).

12-15 Class: 9 riders qualified and the top riders were Haley Schneider (1st), Whitney Pillack (2nd), Alexis Fisher (3rd), Zach Rother (4th), Standy Adams (5th), and Cecily Ketchum (6th).

16-19 Class: 9 riders qualified and the top riders were Rachel Edwards (1st), Ashli Horak (2nd), Megan Muras (3rd), Cody Gardner (4th), Ashley Kyser (5th), and Sonora Vogelsang (6th).

20 & Over Class: 8 riders qualified and the top riders were Pete Gardner (1st), Brenda Pillack (2nd), Amanda Bexley (3rd), Danna Rother (4th), Tonie Church (5th), and Denton Goodson (6th).

The top event times in the leadline class went to Alice Fails (Poles 19.404) and MacKenzie Foley (Straights 12.782, Barrels 16.822). The top event times in the rider classes went to Rachel Edwards (Straights 9.264, Stakes 9.362), Zach Rother (Poles 22.737) and Ryan Ruthven (Barrels 18.776).
