On March 5, 2010 at 3:30 a.m, Officer Kelly was called to investigate a crash involving two vehicles on HWY 77. Upon Officer Kelly’s’ arrival and investigating the crash it was detected that one driver smelled of an unknown alcoholic beverage. The driver agreed to submit to a breath test and was later released because he was not of a legal intoxication level.

March 6, 2010

On March 6, 2010 at 10:50 p.m., Officer Kelly was dispatched to a disturbance at 1024 Cherry Drive. Officer Kelly issued the male violator a citation for disorderly conduct.

On March 6, 2010 at 3:30 a.m., Officer Kelly assisted County Deputies in a foot pursuit on CR 326. Deputies were attempting to detain a male who ran off; Officer Kelly gave foot chase and caught the violator. The violator was turned over to the Lee County Deputies and then transported to Lee County Jail.
