Lexington City Hall Hosts Open House and Ribbon Cutting


Lexington held an Open House and Ribbon Cutting at the new City Hall on Tuesday, February 23. Many residents, several members of the Lexington Chamber of Commerce, and County officials were on hand for the event, despite the snow and cold weather. Pictured above are some of the people who enjoyed the tour, refreshments and were on hand for the ribbon cutting. They are Lee County Commissioner Precinct 3 Ronny Bradshaw, Cindy Gibson, Lee Marks, Pat and Walt Carey, Oscar and Mary Ann Hillegeist, Jennifer Thomas, Lee County Judge Paul Fischer, Candice Walch, Lexington City Council Member Tony Tavary, City Secretary Pam Cox, Mayor Robert Willrich, Sr. and his wife Gladys, Jeff Zgaybay, Nancy Perry, Giddings City Manager Brian Boudreaux and Martha and Bruce Reat.
