The varsity track competitors managed just two first place medals. One was by Courtney Jackson in the discus. Jackson threw 113’2 ¾” to win. She also placed second in the shot put with a 31’5” toss. Deja Griffin won the 200 meters with a 28.26 timing and placed second in the 100 meters with a 13.24.
