When the weather gets bad and you can’t get out much, the best thing to do is to go to the Giddings Public Library and check out some books. The many Nora Robert’s fans in this area can check out the paperback by her entitled Where The Heart Is. It contains two stories – From This Day and Her Mother’s Keeper. Both of the stories are about finding love where you least expect it.

The Spire by Richard North Patterson is a psychological suspense thriller about a college president who investigates the old murder of a female student. In both hardback and CD, the supposed killer is in prison for life but the investigation turns up crucial evidence that shows that the true killer is still at large.

Die For You by Lisa Unger is a suspense novel that runs the gauntlet from New York City to Prague. This nightmare of a journey is love – chilling as a wife tries to find out the truth about her missing husband.

Robert Ludlum’s The Bourne Deception by Robert Ludlum and Eric Van Lustbader features Ludlum’s favorite character, Jason Bourne, who connects with a CIA director Soraya Moore in a race to prevent a new world war. Ludlum, is the author of 26 best-selling novels, is best known for the three involving Jason Bourne - The Bourne Identity, The Bourne Supremacy, and The Bourne Ultimatum.
