Five Sentenced in District Court
On January 26, 2010, the Honorable Reva Towslee-Corbett, presiding judge, sentenced five individuals in Lee County District Court. Aurelioano Perez, 45, of San Antonio, was sentenced to 3 ½ years confinement in Texas Department of Criminal Justice. He was assessed $3,534 in fines, fees and court costs. He also received a 2 years suspension of his driver’s license for his conviction of Driving While Intoxicated- Subsequent.
Victor Cisneros, 43, of Austin, charged with Driving While Intoxicated-Subsequent, was sentenced to five years confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, probated five years and was assessed $3,434 in fines, fees and court costs. His driver’s license was suspended for 2 years, and he must enter and successfully complete the Substance Abuse Felony Punishment Facility Treatment Center Program as a condition of his probation.
Justin Duane Stevenson, 20, of Austin, had his original sentence revoked and must serve 120 days confinement in Lee County Law Enforcement Center plus all costs previously assessed on his original charge of Delivery of Marijuana, less that ¼ ounce.
Daniel Bradshaw, 54, of Giddings, was given 4 years probation for Assault-Bodily Injury-Family Violence-Enhanced. He was assessed $1250 court costs, fines and fees. He must also serve 30 days confinement in the Lee County Law Enforcement Center as a condition of probation.
Edward Fonzell Johnson, 21, of Giddings, was charged with Possession of a Controlled substance-Cocaine, Less Than 1 Gram. He received 3 years probation and must pay $2,140 in fines, fees, court costs and restitution. He must also perform 80 hours of community service restitution.
