At 10:00 p.m., Officer Connolly responded to the 300 block of Avenue E in reference to a medical call. Officer Connolly gained entry into the residence and found the home owner needing medical aid. Officer Connolly summonsed the Lexington EMS. EMS arrived and transported the home owner to the Hospital in Caldwell.

At 11:00 a.m., Officer Sherer assisted the Lexington Fire Department with a natural gas leak in the 1100 block of Caldwell Street.

At 8:33 p.m., Officer Connolly was dispatched by Lee County to the 1200 block of Caldwell Street in reference a welfare concern. No further action was taken.
