Plans are moving forward to transfer City Hall to the new facility in the old Prosperity Bank Building in the next week. The signs are up and the face lift did the old girl a lot of good.

The bright sunshine and warmer temperatures certainly are welcome after a string of days bringing us hard freezes. We hope that everyone survived without frozen pipes and managed to stay warm.
