Teams will compete in “The Food Challenge”. The Intermediate Team members are Clara Harry, Micah Jackson, Micaela Schimank and Christopher Schulz. Junior team members include Savannah Hosch, Natasha Thiele, Amanda Zgabay, and KayAnne Zoch.
Individual competition includes: Amanda and Clara in breads and cereals; Micah and Natasha in nutritious snacks; KayAnne and Micaela in fruits and vegetables; and, Christopher and Savannah main dishes.
Practices for the Consumer Decision Making Team have been scheduled for Mondays, January 18, January 25 and February 1. Each practice will begin at 5 pm in the Extension office in Giddings.
The Meats Judging team will practice at the Extension office on Mondays, January 25 and February 1, beginning at 6 pm.
