The Lady Horns and Penn State played a match truly representative of a national championship. The match went down to the last point before Penn State won. Texas battled them to the very end, losing only by a minimal score.

Who is going to win the Super Bowl? Which team is getting hot toward the end of the season? Philadelphia looks to be rolling and Indianapolis has rolled all season long but I don’t think they have what it takes to win it all. Could it be San Diego or Dallas?

The basketball teams are in need of a break. The Christmas break is coming at the right time. The teams will return to play with holiday tourneys before starting (boys) or restarting (girls) district play in Salado.

They are a bit undersized but their effort and dedication overcomes the deficit to make them very special.
