Mumford jumped out to a 24-8 lead in the first quarter and kept their feet on the accelerator the rest of the game. Lexington could run with the Mustangs but could not match their ballhandling and shooting skills.

Julien Clark led the Eagles in scoring with 16 points. Anthony Robbins continues to impress with his understanding of the game. He does the small things, passing the ball, blocking out, and communicating to teammates on the court. Robbins also scored nine points in the contest.

The Eagle JV fell to Mumford also, losing 48-35. Donnie Havard with 14-points and Zach Lay with 12-points led the JV scoring. Mumford 79 Lexington 47
