Giddings Library News Corner

With so many new books available at the Giddings Public Library it is always easy to find a good book to read. James Paterson fans can enjoy The 8th Confession, a novel featuring the Woman’s Murder Club. A Murder she wrote book, Madison Avenue Shoots, a book in the Jessica Fletcher series is easy and fun reading.

Intent To Kill by James Grippando has a baseball star trying to solve the mystery of his wife’s fatal car accident. Dare To Die by Carolyn Hart feature’s Max and Annie Darling at the mercy of an unknown assailant. Some other new fiction books are The Story Sisters by Alice Hoffman, The Law Of Nines by Terry Goodkind, Pilgrims by Garrison Kellor, The Defector by Daniel Silva, The Fate Of Katherine Carr by Thomas Cook, and The Geometry Of

Sisters by Luanne Rice.

In the non-fiction section can be found Hitler’s War by Harry Turtledove, Downtown Chic, 100 Fantastic Things To Make Do And Play, U. S. Coins & Currency— 2nd Edition, Doug Welsh’s Garden Almanac, and Walt Disney World & Orlando—Spend Less & See More. Blame It On The Rain tells about how weather has changed history.

Other non-fiction books include Practical Dog Breeding, The Practical Kennel Guide With Plain Instructions On How To Rear And Breed Dogs, Bond With Your Baby Before Birth, and Sheds—Step-By-Step Ways To Build.
