Two Sentenced in District Court
On November 17, 2009, Judge Reva Towslee-Corbett sentenced two in the 21st Judicial District Court.
Cesar Carrillo Lopez, 36, of Giddings received a sentence of 6 months confinement in the Lee County Law Enforcement Center for Fraudulent Use or Possession of Identifying Information. He was also fined $1500.00 and assessed an additional $750 in court costs and fees.
Damion Allyn Paluch, 36, of Spring was given an 18 month sentence, probated for 3 years for Driving While Intoxicated With Child Passenger. He must serve 3 days confinement in the Lee County Law Enforcement Center as a condition of probation. He was assessed $2240.00 in fines, fees and court costs. In addition, he must complete Substance Abuse Evaluation and Treatment; DWI and Victim Impact Panel Programs and he is prohibited from operating a motor vehicle while on probation.
