The Giddings Public Library has a large new book order on the shelves. Stop by today and check out some of these outstanding books, both fiction and nonfiction.

The Devil’s Punchbowl by Greg Iles is about a world of depravity, sex, violence and the corruption of a Southern town. Return Of The Mountain Man by William Johnstone is an action-packed tale about a young man forced into lawlessness.

A Rogue Of My Own by Johanna Lindsay in both hardback and CD is an historical romance about an innocent young lady ending up at the altar with a notorious rogue.

Summer On Blossom Street by Debbie Macomber is both hardback and CD is a women’s fiction book.

The Last Song by Nicholas Sparks is a deeply moving story of a young girl’s first encounter with heartbreak and love. Little Bird Of Heaven by Joyce Carol Oats is a romantic and captivating tale set in the Great Lakes region of upstate New York.

Killer Cruise by Laura Levine is a mystery set on a cruise ship.

Assegai by Wilbur Smith is about an unforgettable African adventure set against the onset of a war. Some other new fiction books are Lost Art Of Gratitude by Alexander McCall-Smith, Dreamfever by Karen Moning, The Secret by Beverly Lewis, Skin Trade by Laurell Hamilton, and An Echo In The Bone by Diana Gabaldon.
