Five Sentenced in District Court

On November 12, 2009, Judge Terry Flenniken sentenced five individuals in the 21st Judicial Court of Lee County.

Andrew Thurman Moseley, 28, of Conroe, had his original sentence revoked for Hindering Secured Creditor. He was sentenced to 365 days confinement in the Lee County Law Enforcement Center. He must pay all costs previously assessed plus $400 Court Appointed Attorney Fee on the Motion to Revoke Probation matters in addition to $9,197.28 in restitution.

Melvin Kent Roberson, 56, of Lincoln, received 5 years probation for Driving While Intoxicated-Subsequent. He was assessed $3350 in fines, fees, and court costs, and a 270-day suspension of his driver’s license. He must serve 30 days confinement in the Lee County Law Enforcement Center as a condition of probation. He must have an Ignition Interlock with camera installed in his vehicle.

Robert Thomas Riggins, Jr., 37, of Giddings, received 4 years probation on a sentence of 2 years confinement in TDCJ State Jail Facility. He was also assessed $3,840.04 in restitution, fines, fees and court costs for Failure to Register as a Sex Offender.

Dustin Eugene Dickman, 24, of Elgin, received 4 years probation, ordered to pay $5,730 in restitution, fees, and court costs, and must perform 200 hours of community service restitution for Forgery.

Jamall Cherrodd Thomas, 27, of Navasota, was given 2 years probation for Hindering Secured Creditor. He must also pay $2,673.15 in restitution, court costs, and fees.
