Giddings Library News Corner

Many new large print fiction books have been added to the shelves at the Giddings Public Library. Tea Time For The Traditionally Build is a mystery by Alexander McCall Smith. Another mystery is Whispers Of The Bayou by Mindy Clark which takes place in Louisiana. There's Something About St. Tropez by Elizabeth Adler is a romantic suspense which includes a murder and other crimes. Some other large print fiction books are Pretense by Lori Wick, Mr. and Miss Anonymous by Fern Michaels, and Big Sky Winter by Diana Palmer.

The library has several new books on test taking such as Barron's Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery and The Welding Licensing Exam Study Guide. Commercial drivers can get help from Commercial Drivers License Test Preparation Guide and Commercial Driver License Test Prep. NCLEX-RN Strategies For The Practical Nursing Licensing Exam 2010 Edition is guaranteed to help you pass this exam by giving you practice tests and pertinent question information.

The ASVAB 2010 Edition helps you choose college courses, get into vocational schools, or land a military job. Electricians Exam Preparation Guide contains almost a thousand questions based on actual tests given in the last few years.

If you need to conquer the GED, check out The GED 2009-2010 Edition that is available in both English and Spanish. These books contain practice tests, essential skills, and effective strategies for writing the GED essay. Also available is Barron's GED Math Workbook.
