On October 15, 2009, the Lee County Grand Jury handed down three indictments.

Victor Cisneros, 42, of Austin was indicted for Driving While Intoxicated-Subsequent; Ramon Enrique Flores, 39, of Houston was indicted for Possession of a Controlled Substance-Cocaine, Less Than 1 Gram; and Corey Twain McIrvin, 35, of Rockdale was indicted for Driving While Intoxicated-Subsequent.
