Three Sentenced in District Court
On October 15, 2009, the Honorable Terry Flenniken, Presiding Judge, in the 21st Judicial District Court of Lee County, sentenced three individuals.
Kevin Dewayne Hudgen, 32, of Giddings was convicted of Credit Card/Debit Card Abuse and was sentenced to 12 months confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice State Jail Facility and was assessed $594.53 in Restitution and Court Costs. He was also sentenced to 12 months confinement in Texas Department of Criminal Justice State Jail Facility plus all costs previously assessed on Revocation of Probation of an Original Sentence for Evading Arrest or Detention with Vehicle.
Chasica Renee Justice, 26, of Paige had her probated sentence for Forgery by Passing revoked and must serve 11 months confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice State Jail Facility plus pay all costs previously assessed and a $400 Court Appointed Attorney Fee on the revocation matters.
Patricia Morales, 35, of LaGrange received a 2 year sentence of confinement in Texas Department of Criminal Justice State Jail Facility probated for 4 years. She must serve 24 days confinement in Lee County Jail as a condition of probation. She was assessed $3,106.87 in fines, fees and court costs and must perform 200 hours community service restitution.
