TEACH Open Houses Set for October
Information about obtaining alternative teaching certification through the Blinn College Teacher Education Alternative Certification Host (TEACH) program will be available at open house sessions on all four campuses in October.
The Blinn TEACH program provides training for persons who hold a bachelor's degree with a solid foundation in their chosen teaching area. The program offers certifications in mathematics, life science, physical science, science, Spanish, French, special education, generalist, bilingual generalist, English language arts, and more.
The first open house is on Oct. 7 in Bryan at 6 p.m. in the Student Center Building, room 120. The session on the Schulenburg campus is at 5:30 p.m. on Oct. 8 in room 120. The Sealy campus will host an open house at 6 p.m. on Oct. 12 in room 108. The open house in Brenham will be held at 6 p.m. on Oct. 14 in the Student Center meeting rooms 2 and 3.
