Five Sentenced in District Court Action
In the 21st Judicial District Court of Lee County, Texas on October 1, 2009, with the Honorable Terry Flenniken presiding, five individuals were sentenced.
Patrick Richard Beasley, 25 of Lexington, received 7 years probation for an Arson conviction. He was assessed $3380 in fines, fees and restitution. He must also perform 200 hours of community service restitution and attend Anger Management Classes.
Gregory Scott Ginn, 48 of Burton, was charged with Driving While Intoxicated-Subsequent. His original sentence was revoked and he must serve 6 years confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice System and pay all costs previously assessed.
Mario Moreno, 24 of Giddings, had his original sentence for Possession of a Dangerous Drug revoked and must serve 104 days confinement in the Lee County Law Enforcement Center, plus pay all costs previously assessed and an additional $400 Court Appointed Attorney fee on the revocation matter.
Michael Allen Stafford, 24 of Jewett, received 5 years probation plus $1450 in fines, costs and fees in addition to performing 300 hours of community service restitution for Enticing a Child. He must also receive treatment and counseling.
Gracie Marie Macias, 32 of Rockdale, was sentenced to 3 years probation for Hindering a Secured Creditor. She was also assessed $1500 in fines, court costs and fees. She must also perform 200 hours of community service restitution.
