The Rudder Rangers got their second consecutive win over Lexington Tuesday night. Rudder won in three games 25-22, 25-19, and 25-17. Angel Parks had four kills in nine attempts in the match. Jessica Parish had 10 digs of Rudder kill attempts. According to Coach Tiffany Robertson, "There weren't a lot of highlights in this game. The Lady Eagles are getting better each game. The frustrating part is the waiting. You want them to get there right now."

Getting a good service receive is the key to the offensive game. If your receive is good, then the set, and kill are easy to get done. If you have to scramble after a receive to save the point, then you just hit a free ball back over the next allowing the other team to set their offense easily.

The Freshmen won their game with Rudder 25-22, 21-25, and 25- 20. The young ladies played well in earning their first win of the year.

The JV girls lost in three games 15-25, 25-21, and 17-25. Even in the loss, there were some good plays by the JV team.
