Mayor Willrich is Reappointed to MHMR Board

Lexington Mayor Robert Lee Willrich, Sr. Lexington Mayor Robert Lee Willrich, Sr. On August 10, the Lee County Commissioners' Court reappointed Lexington Mayor Robert Willrich to the Bluebonnet Trails Community MHMR Center Board of Trustees. Mayor Willrich has been a valued member of the Bluebonnet Trails Board since the inception of the Center on September 1, 1997.

"As a Center, we have been successful in our efforts to provide effective services for persons with mental illness and developmental disabilities in Lee County," stated Mayor Willrich. On August 24, Mayor Willrich took the oath of office to represent the interests of Lee County in governing the management and development of services and programs provided in the county. Currently, the Center provides services to approximately 150 Lee County residents per month at the facility located in Giddings.

Willrich is serving his seventh term as the mayor of the City of Lexington, where he also served two terms on the City Council.

Bluebonnet Trails Community MHMR Center supports the counties of Bastrop, Burnet, Caldwell, Fayette, Lee, Gonzales, Guadalupe and Williamson Counties with a system of service providers, each one offering a valuable service to our clients and families. It is the goal of the Center to ensure the provision of accessible, efficient and effective services supporting the dignity and independence of those we serve.
